We offer a 12 month warranty from date of sale. In the event of receiving a faulty cartridge please refer to the product returns procedures below.
- We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty. If you wish to return a faulty product, you must notify us through our “contact us” page or by email.
- If we are unable to replace or exchange returned goods within 7 business days of return, we undertake to reimburse you by EFT for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage/courier charges.
- Any product returned do due the client ordering the incorrect product will only be swapped out if the product is still sealed in its original packaging. In this case a handling fee of 10% and an administration fee of 15% will be charged to the client.
- Under no circumstances will a used product or a product in opened packaging be returned if it is deemed to be in normal operating order.
- Once you have notified us through our website that you wish to return faulty, damaged or undamaged product, a courier will be dispatched to collect the fauly item from you. Please ensure that the item is adequetly packaged for courier transport and that the item is made available for the courier to collect.
- Refunds will be done by EFT only and within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.
