Refund Policy

Order Cancellation Due To Error

  1. Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction.  Where your credit card has been charged, we will refund your credit card within 7 workings days for the total amount debited.

Product Returns & Refunds

  1. We undertake to replace you for any product delivered to you that is faulty.  If you wish to return a faulty product, you must notify us through our “contact us” page or by email.
  2. If we are unable to replace or exchange returned goods within 3 working days of return, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
  3. Any product returned due the client ordering the incorrect product, change of mind or any other reason that is not a breach by us of our terms and conditions of sale will only be swapped out or refunded if the product is still sealed in its original packaging and in the same condition as it left our premises. In this case a handling fee of 10% and an administration fee of 15% will be charged to the client.
  4. Under no circumstances will a used product or a product in opened packaging be returned if it is deemed to be in normal operating order.
  5. Once you have notified us through our website that you wish to return faulty, damaged or undamaged product, you may return the product to any of our offices throughout South Africa so long as you provide valid proof of purchase eg. tax invoice, receipt and/or packaging slip.
  6. Refunds and returns are only processed once the return has been received by us and the product shows no signs of abuse or maloperation. 

 

 

 

How long is my warranty and what does it cover ?

 

Our warranty is 6 months from the date of sale. Your cartridge is covered for any defects or malfunction. Read our full terms and condition of sale here.

 

My cartridge doesn't work, what do I do now ?

 

Please email us as soon as possible , We will try and troubleshoot the problem first and if the cartridge is deemed to be faulty , we will swap the cartridge out as quick as we can. Can I return a cartridge that I incorrectly ordered ?

You may return an incorrectly ordered cartridge. However we will charge a 15% handling fee and a return shipping fee of R145.00 ex VAT.  The cartridge will need to be returned to us in its original condition, unopened and unused before we process your refund. We cannot return products in this instance if the packaging has been damaged. If we are to re-supply another cartridge then a R145 ex vat shipping fee will be charged to ship the new cartridge to you. 

 

 

My cartridge was damaged during shipping, How do I return it for a new one ?

 

In the rare instance that this happens. Please notify us by email as soon as possible so that we can arrange return shipping and a replacement.
